TODDLER SOCCER
Below please find information & instructions for your child’s soccer classes:
Safety: For the safety and well-being of your child a parent/guardian must be present at all times.
Attire: Shorts & T-shirts are best, colors don’t matter, as we have different colored practice vests for games. Age 4+: Cleats and shin guards with socks are required (No uniform; colored pinnies are provided for team games, etc.)
Nutrition: Prepare your child the way you would normally prepare them for sporting or exercise activities. Allow ample time for food to settle before practice begins.
Hydration: Dehydration is a common cause of energy depletion and can be avoided by simply drinking water frequently before, during, and after practice.
