Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Euro Soccer USA, we aim to provide high-quality soccer training programs and a fair, transparent registration process. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any program.
1. Program Registration & Payments
All registrations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payments must be completed before the start of any program, camp, or league unless otherwise stated.
Fees cover coaching, facility usage, equipment, and administrative costs.
2. Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable once a program has started.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Missed classes or sessions
Schedule conflicts
Player absence due to personal reasons
In exceptional cases (such as medical reasons), refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion and may require supporting documentation.
3. Cancellations by Euro Soccer USA
Euro Soccer USA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
Severe weather conditions
Safety concerns
Facility unavailability
Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases:
A make-up session may be offered, or
Credit may be applied toward a future program
Refunds are not guaranteed unless a full program is cancelled.
4. Participant Withdrawal
If a participant withdraws before the program begins, a partial refund may be considered, excluding any administrative or processing fees.
No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.
5. Make-Up Sessions
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed for missed classes.
Any make-up sessions offered are at the sole discretion of Euro Soccer USA and subject to availability.
6. Transfers & Credits
Program fees are generally non-transferable.
Credits toward future programs may be issued in special cases and must be used within the specified time period.
7. Camps & Special Events
Camps, tournaments, and special events may have separate refund policies, which will be clearly stated during registration.
Please review event-specific terms before registering.
8. How to Request a Refund or Credit
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing and include:
Participant name
Program name
Reason for request

9. Policy Updates
Euro Soccer USA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
