Welcome to Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. (“Euro Soccer USA”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our website https://www.eurosoccerusa.com/ (the “Website”), or by registering yourself or your child for any Euro Soccer USA program, class, camp, league or event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Waiver & Release, the Photo, Video & Marketing Consent and the Text Message Consent set out below, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. Misuse of the Website may result in termination of access.
2. Services
Euro Soccer USA provides soccer training programs, classes, camps, leagues, school programs and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
All classes, camps and programs are subject to change or cancellation based on enrollment numbers. This allows us to maintain a high-quality learning experience and ensure the best environment for every child. Euro Soccer USA reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.
3. Registration and Payments
Some services require registration and payment. Registrations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including the participant’s date of birth, any relevant medical information, allergies and emergency contact details.
Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the participant and accepts these Terms on the participant’s behalf.
Euro Soccer USA does not offer refunds. Credits are offered instead, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which also covers make-up classes, cancellations, weather, transfers and school-program proration. Euro Soccer USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
4. Waiver & Release: Agreement to Participate in Euro Soccer USA Soccer Training
Participation in all sports can be inherently dangerous and it is impossible to ensure the safety of all participating individuals. Soccer demands cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and agility. Although many risks can be avoided, I understand that not all risks can be and release Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. from responsibility for any injury that my child might incur during the course of normal play. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C.’s coach(es) will call EMS to render assistance and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved.
While playing soccer, accidents do happen. Some of these accidents may be minor like collisions with other players, collisions with the ground, and being struck by the ball. Other accidents may be more significant like collisions with the goalposts. Other injuries may also include: minor injuries like scrapes, bruises, strains, blisters, and sprains; more serious injuries like broken bones, concussions, muscle tears, and ligament tears; catastrophic injuries like heat stroke, cardiac arrest, and death.
To reduce the risk of injury, participants are expected to abide by the following rules:
- All participants are expected to be physically fit before a Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. coaching session begins.
- All players must adhere to the rules of soccer, thus creating a safe playing environment.
- The participant agrees to follow the preceding safety rules, all posted safety rules, and all rules common to the sport of soccer.
- The participant agrees to report any unsafe practices, conditions, or equipment to the Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. coach(es).
I certify that the participant 1) possesses a sufficient degree of physical fitness to safely participate in soccer, 2) understands that he/she is to discontinue activity at any time he/she feels undue discomfort or stress, and 3) has indicated in the ‘Relevant Medical Info’ section of the registration form any health-related conditions that might affect his/her ability to play soccer, and he/she or the parent, teacher or guardian will verbally inform the Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. instructor prior to participating in soccer training.
I have read the preceding information and it has been explained to me. I know, understand, and appreciate the risks associated with participation in soccer and I am voluntarily allowing the participant to take part in the activity. In doing so, the participant is assuming all of the inherent risks of the sport.
Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to play soccer, on behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, and my assigns, I hereby release Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C., its agents, and its employees from liability for injury, loss, or death to the participant while using any facility or equipment or in any way associated with participating in the activity of soccer now or in the future, resulting from the ordinary negligence of Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C., its agents and employees.
5. Photo, Video & Marketing Consent
I do hereby consent and agree that Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. has the right to take photographs and video of my child during Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. sessions, classes, camps and events. These photos and videos may be used on the company website (www.eurosoccerusa.com), company social media pages (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), email newsletters, online advertising and other promotional material, without compensation. I understand that my child’s name and identity will not be revealed.
If you would prefer that photographs or video not be taken of your child(ren), please notify Euro Soccer USA, L.L.C. by email at [email protected] before the start of the program. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect material already published before we receive your request.
6. Text Message (SMS) & Email Communications
By providing your mobile phone number at registration, you agree to receive text messages from Euro Soccer USA, including program updates, class cancellations, weather notices and promotional messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional texts does not stop essential service messages about a program you are enrolled in, such as cancellation or weather notices.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive registration confirmations, program information and marketing emails from Euro Soccer USA. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
7. Arrival, Dismissal & Supervision
Parents/caregivers must sign children in and out of programs. No child is to be left unattended before class. If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please notify the Euro Soccer USA office in advance. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Euro Soccer USA coach.
Parents/caregivers are responsible for participants before sign-in and after sign-out, and for collecting participants promptly at the end of each session.
8. Restrooms
During soccer camps, a Euro Soccer USA staff member will escort a child to and from the restroom.
9. Cancellations, Weather and Changes
Schedules, coaches, locations, and program details may change due to weather, safety concerns, facility availability or other circumstances. Whenever possible, Euro Soccer USA will use indoor space during inclement weather. In the event of a class cancellation, all players will be notified by email prior to the start of the class. Players can assume class is on unless they are notified otherwise, and are free to call the office at (424) 228-5305 to check class status at any time.
Our make-up class, class credit and weather policies are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Euro Soccer USA is not responsible for losses resulting from schedule or location changes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Euro Soccer USA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euro Soccer USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Website
- Participation in programs or activities
- Errors, interruptions, or delays in service
12. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Euro Soccer USA does not control or endorse the content of external websites and is not responsible for their practices.
13. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and our Cookies Policy.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or services at any time if these Terms are violated, or to remove a participant from a program for conduct that endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Electronic Signature & Acceptance
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX AT CHECKOUT OR OTHERWISE ACKNOWLEDGING THESE TERMS, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE, INCLUDING FOR THE WAIVER & RELEASE, PHOTO, VIDEO & MARKETING CONSENT AND TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT ABOVE.
17. Changes to These Terms
Euro Soccer USA may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
